How is this different than other trainings out there?

  • Before each training, we always do a call with HR or senior leadership in preparation for our trainings so we understand the nuances of your context instead of just teaching with blanket statements. We want this training to work for YOUR company in YOUR current situation.

  • Before each training, we ask each participant to answer a few questions so we hear what their interests and concerns are. This allows us to build rapport and better address the specific needs of your managers.

  • This training is co-facilitated by a Millennial and a Gen-Xer so you don't just hear from one perspective. (See pictures and bios at the bottom!) We want your managers to get diverse generational perspectives and get the opportunity to ask direct questions to both generations.

  • During the training, we help your managers create a practical action plan that they can start working on right away.

  • After the training, we follow up with YOU to debrief and help you plan next steps as needed.

Is it going to break the bank?

This training costs $2,000 for up to 25 people.
